M MODERN CONDITION OF ROADS IN INDIA
In recent
years, the Indian government has made significant efforts to improve the
country's road infrastructure. The government has launched several initiatives,
including the Bharatmala Pariyojana and the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana,
aimed at improving road connectivity across the country.
Despite
these efforts, many roads in India still face challenges such as poor
maintenance, inadequate signage, and heavy traffic congestion. Rural roads are
often in poor condition, making travel difficult during monsoon seasons.
Overall,
while there have been improvements in recent years, the condition of roads in
India still has room for improvement.
